Payment
The full amount is paid online to confirm the booking.
Important instructions
- Equipment you receive is entirely your responsibility. You pay the value of anything damaged or lost.
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booking, out of respect for the previous player’s privacy.
- Hand the equipment back 2 minutes before the end so the court is ready for the next booking.
Cancellation and refunds
- 24 hours or more before the startFull refund
- From 12 hours until under 24 hours50% refund
- Under 12 hours, after the start, or a no-showNo refund
Cancel from your booking page. The amount due under these times is returned automatically to the same card or wallet. For a time change, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
Your details
We keep your name, phone and optional email to manage bookings. We do not store card data. Contact the venue to request a copy or deletion of your data.
